1. Scope

1. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
2. Some features require authentication via a Discord account.

2. Definitions

1. “We/Us” means the operator of the Service.
2. “User” means an individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
3. “User Content” means any data such as fonts, images, or text uploaded or generated by the User.

3. Registration & Authentication

1. Certain features require authentication via Discord OAuth2.
2. Information obtained via authentication (e.g., Discord User ID, username) is used solely for authentication/authorization and is not disclosed to third parties (see Privacy Policy).
3. Users are responsible for managing their Discord accounts securely.

4. Prohibited Conduct

1. Infringing the rights (IP, portrait/privacy, etc.) of others
2. Violating laws or public order and morals
3. Impersonation or providing false information
4. Interfering with operations, unauthorized access, spam, vulnerability scanning
5. Uploading harmful programs or scripts
6. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us

5. User Content

1. Users warrant that they possess necessary rights for any uploaded fonts/images, etc.
2. We are not obligated to monitor or manage User Content, but may remove content without notice if deemed illegal or inappropriate.
3. Disputes related to User Content shall be resolved by the User at their own responsibility and expense.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

1. We are under no obligation to permanently store user data.
2. Data may be automatically deleted if a user has not logged in for 180 days.
3. We are not liable for any data loss due to maintenance, failures, or other reasons.
4. Generated images, intermediates, and caches we store may be deleted or organized as needed.

7. Disclaimer

1. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
2. The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of fitness, completeness, or safety.
3. We will not be involved in disputes between users or with third parties.

8. Changes, Suspension, Termination

1. We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

9. Intellectual Property

1. IP rights related to the Service belong to us or rightful owners.
2. Unauthorized reproduction or reuse of assets or code is prohibited.

10. Amendments

We may amend these Terms as needed. Amendments take effect when posted.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location in Japan.
