This guideline outlines copyright and secondary-use rules for works created or uploaded via Telopia. Where individual agreements/permissions exist, those prevail.
1. Ownership
- Copyright of final outputs (e.g., images) created with the Service belongs to the User.
- Rights to uploaded assets (fonts, images, etc.) belong to their respective rightsholders and are subject to their licenses.
2. Prohibited Treatment of Assets
- Using or distributing assets that infringe others’ rights
- Violations of license terms (e.g., missing credits, commercial use where prohibited)
- Redistributing font files or other acts prohibited by rightsholders
3. Secondary Use of Works
- Users may use their outputs for social posts, video thumbnails, and commercial projects to the extent permitted by asset licenses.
- For collaborative/commissioned projects, follow the conditions set by involved parties and asset providers.
4. Credits
Where required by asset licenses, provide credits (e.g., “Font: XXXX”, “Texture: YYYY”).
5. Samples & Diagnostics
- We may retain short-term caches and generation logs for quality improvement and troubleshooting.
- We will obtain consent before showcasing works for promotion.
6. Deletion
We do not owe a storage obligation. Deleted data and data older than 180 days since last login may be removed.
